We take you to see all short-listed properties, so that you can choose the very best one. This saves time efford and money for our expat clients. If our ennissial shortlist does not provided the ideal property we will continue the search untill we are succesfull.
4. Property selection and negotiation
Once you have chosen a property, we will conduct all the negotiations on your behalf to ensure that we secure the best possible price.
5. Ensuring completion
Once an offer has been accepted, we liaise with the realtor or private seller to check the sale agreement to ensure that everything is in order. We will advise the Notary, mortgage lender and surveyors and all other parties in order to ensure that completion is achieved on time.
